Baldus Center

This project was a three story new office building with a total square footage of 28,810 square feet.

Our scope of work was the base building which  included the main service, Fire Alarm system, building shell, common areas and site lighting.

We were also awarded the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor  tenant fit outs which included a bank, a real estate office, and office space for the Census Bureau.
